Ego Trippin Wallpaper Design Contest: Round 2 Winners

Round 2 of the Ego Trippin Wallpaper contest has drawn to a close, and we are pleased to present the winners!

In a round largely characterised by complex, layered, composite designs, we were impressed by this subtle, classy and well executed wallpaper design. Not only does it stand out from the rest, in our opinion it also fits the theme and style of the song perfectly, without being to literal.

i have a question to do with the contest...

what was the point of crestock supplying stock images?
can i have an answer please?

look at the 2 winenrs you choose from round 1 and two, and look at how they used the stock you provided.

were they creative with the stock? no.

stock has been thrown into the BG and faded out to point where theres almost no point in it being there. adds nothing to the designs.

you should review the rules of this contest and how it was judged.

Congrats to the winners. I know that this isnt some awesome design contest purely for the wide spectrum for creation but some of these designs I honestly wouldnt use for my desktop as they as cheaply put together so to speak but I like no1 hands down for its clan spaceous look and simplistic look.

btw 3 learn to use the pen tool and not steal the source images from a tutorial to do glowing swirls and stretch them to look really bad quality. xD

I would like to say Congrats to the winners for the awesome work they did.
But one question to the honorable organizers.... what was the point of crestock supplying stock images?

The 2 winenrs you choose from round 1 and 2 did not adhere to the rules & regulations....i stand to be corrected!
You should review the rules of this contest and how it was judged.

I do find the image that won kinda ok, but it is quite ironic that crestock.com, being a stock images supplier, in both winning entries seems to appriciate that people are NOT using the images they supply as the center of attention. What does that say about the supplier? It is just wierd....

And not to mention the copyrigt issues in many of the images here...
